Store-shelf sprays buy you a few quiet days; Nex Pest Control's Pest Control technicians treat the source so the problem doesn't just come back after the can runs out.
We didn't start out trying to be the biggest name in Big Stone Gap pest control — we started by answering calls nobody else wanted to take on a Sunday night, and that's still who we are.
We keep our Big Stone Gap crew small enough that the technician who inspects your home is the same one who treats it, and often the same one who returns for the follow-up.
We'd rather lose a job to an honest "you don't need that treatment yet" than oversell a Big Stone Gap homeowner on something their situation doesn't call for.
None of this replaces an actual on-site inspection, but knowing Big Stone Gap's pest patterns ahead of time means fewer wasted visits and faster answers for you.
Most Big Stone Gap service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. Waiting rarely makes the underlying colony smaller — it just gives it more time to spread into places that are harder and more expensive to treat.
From a same-day emergency call to a scheduled quarterly visit, here's the full range Nex Pest Control covers for Big Stone Gap properties.
A wasp nest by the front door or a rodent sighting near a newborn's room doesn't wait for business hours — our Big Stone Gap emergency line is answered around the clock and dispatch is prioritized by risk, not by who called first. Our dispatcher asks a couple of quick questions to gauge urgency, then routes genuinely urgent Big Stone Gap cases ahead of standard scheduling.
Standard residential service covers the everyday Big Stone Gap invaders — ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish — with an initial treatment and a recurring schedule that keeps pressure from building back up between visits. Plans can be adjusted mid-season if a Big Stone Gap property starts attracting something new — the schedule isn't locked once it's set.
Commercial Pest Control accounts get discreet placements and a paper trail — every visit logged, every finding reported, so you're never caught off guard by an inspector's question. Multi-location Big Stone Gap accounts get one consistent point of contact instead of juggling separate vendors per site.
A written wood-destroying organism report comes standard with every Big Stone Gap termite inspection, whether it's for an active concern or a real estate closing. Liquid barrier treatments are mapped along the entire foundation line, not just the section where damage was first spotted.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. We'll also flag chewed wiring or insulation damage found during the inspection so you know what to address afterward.
Monthly barrier treatment through Big Stone Gap's peak season targets both standing-water breeding sources and the shaded resting spots where adult mosquitoes actually hide during the day. A separate granular tick treatment along the yard perimeter can be bundled in for properties near wooded lots.
A short call to +1-844-564-2570 is usually all it takes to get a technician on the calendar. A dispatcher can usually give you an arrival window within minutes of the call.
We confirm the species and the source before recommending anything — no guesswork treatment. You'll see exactly what was found, in plain language, before any recommendation is made.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. If the scope changes once we're inside, that gets quoted separately before we proceed, never added silently.
If anything's still active after the guarantee window, we're back at no extra charge. Follow-up visits are already on the calendar before the technician leaves, not something you have to call back to arrange.
Every Big Stone Gap quote is written down and agreed to before any treatment begins, period. Ask any Big Stone Gap customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Our Big Stone Gap technicians are already in the area, which is why same-day windows are the norm, not the exception. We keep routes tight across Big Stone Gap specifically so a same-day window is realistic, not just a marketing promise.
Every Big Stone Gap technician carries state licensing and our company's liability coverage — ask to see it at the door. Insurance coverage protects your property in the rare event something goes wrong — most companies won't tell you that upfront.
If the treated pest is still active after the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge. Ask your technician for the specific guarantee window that applies to your treatment before they leave.
Nights, weekends, holidays — the Big Stone Gap emergency line is staffed and answered, not routed to voicemail. A dispatcher will help you determine if your situation genuinely needs same-hour response or can wait for standard scheduling.
Our technicians have inspected enough Big Stone Gap attics and crawl spaces to know what's typical for your street before they even arrive. It's the difference between a generic national script and a plan built around what actually happens in Big Stone Gap.
Our guarantee is simple: pay for a result, not just a visit. If activity continues at your Big Stone Gap property after treatment, follow-up service is included, not billed separately.
This isn't a lifetime promise on every pest forever, but within the stated window it's unconditional — no forms to fill out, no argument about whether it counts. Ask any technician on our Big Stone Gap crew and they'll tell you the same thing — the guarantee exists so calling back is never a hassle.
